Before I stared this website I had many attitudes to overcome. I say that I have forgiven many people for all that was done to me, my kids and I know that forgiveness comes mature in time. It is not automatic. I t is a process. You say that you forgive, but the real trust comes when you see that person after you have said that you forgive them. When you see them again, if you have any attitude towards that person, then you have not forgiven them. Do it again with the Lord, say it again, pray it again, until you have that release. Peace, Love and a understanding comes from the Lord.

Hi Joan It is a true word spoken by you. forgiveness is a matter confessed and worked through. Giving it up to the Lord requires total selfless ness and not just lip-service. Again, this is a process. What is important is that we give it all up by faith and walk the walk. Walking in Gods love comes at a price. Personal growth and maturity comes through lived experience. Your wisdom and experience is apreciated.
